Tanner, the Big Kid

 Tanner is turning into such a big boy. The big thing, though, is that is is so inquisitive. He loves to sit and look at books, or listen and turn pages while I am reading Clifford, Dr. Suess, or the Berenstein Bears to Carter. He loves to sit on his own and check out the toys, as well as join Carter and I as we build robots and towers and rocket ships out of mega blocks (legos) and blocks. And destroy them.

He knows that the trains go around the track. He sat there for 20 minutes trying to get the trains onto the track and run them around the circle. He was even missing bath time...

He wants to see everything and know how it works. Something Carter was not interested in until much later. It will be great when Carter and Tanner can play together at a level somewhere near where Carter is now. They will be inseparable.
