Be Active, Be Green

 Carter entered a photograph collage into a city-wide art competition to raise awareness for earth conservation. He won first place in photography for the k-1st level. There was a big awards ceremony and dinner.

Carter was told that he was getting an award, which he took to mean medal, so he put his prize bag around his neck like a medal.
